What is Procedure?

To register your rent agreement online, you need to provide the required documents or send them by email. Then, you must book an appointment by phone call (3 day in advance). After that, we visit your place at the scheduled time. There must be the owner, tenant, and any 2 witnesses for bio-metric verification.

How much time it will take to register the document?

After submission of documents to the Govt. office, it takes 3-5 working days for registration. If there are government holidays, technical issues, or official problems (e.g., server downtime), the time may be extended.

What documents /details are Required?

1. Owner document required:

   • Aadhar Card

   • PAN Card

2. Tenant document required:

   • Aadhar Card

   • PAN Card

3. Two Witness document required:

   • Aadhar Card

4. Property documents required:(any one)

   • Electricity Bill.

   • Tax Receipt.
